Ethnic Bias against Asian Men: It still exists even among gays

Who would put only one type of vegetable on the table for every single meal? All types of men (and young men) are sexy.
There are great looking men among every ethnic group. I understand why someone may have never had the chance to even meet or befriend another 'race', or have sex with some other race, but it's just taste.

I wrote the above on a large gay site's discussion forum and then continued with the rest below.

It happens pretty often -- not only on that site, but other gay men's sites, and even in the general population -- that you hear someone expressing that 'Asian boys' are hot.
It's almost like they just 'found' out that Asian men exist (smile). More Asians exist on the planet than Caucasians. Bu why is it that almost without fail, discussion(?), if you can call it that, is interrupted by some crack-pot who lowers the already low level of the conversation to simply tell the other posters/readers that he doesn't like Asian men. Often, the ensuing discussion heats up. Someone jumps into criticize his luddite comments or an Asian male lances forward with a blunt attack on the guy's morality, calling it a 'racial' foul in the game of 'face-ball'). I've stopped confronting them directly, but prefer to make my point in an oblique attack on their screwy self-belief system. The blog entry is an even more distant swipe at ethnicity insensitive 'bastards' and one that may reach a larger audience. I say 'bastards' because a real one is born with no father, and by association is a person who no one would want as a father, brother, buddy, friend or lover. It simply infuriates me that the poor bastard has no idea who bad he makes himself look - or then again, maybe that's exactly what he wants us to believe.

The guy who bothers to read and drop in on a discussion (forum) thread - NOT THE ONE HERE ON QUEERCLIQUE but on other large gay sites, such as JustUsBoys, Gay.com and Dudesnude about hot Asian guys -- only to tell us he doesn't like them -- is like a fart in an elevator. Nobody can deny such a bad smell exists, but no one is in position to identify the perpetrator. To me (and probably a lot of you too), there is no use explaining your own lack of taste or your lack of self-understanding, or the sad fact of your own little closed world. So why do those guys who don't enjoy being with certain races sexually have to make the point here on threads like this?

Just look.. these guys are supposedly 'gay' men who represent a clearly, still oppressed minority group. How could someone who is oppressed or discriminated against themselves open his mouth to utter that?

Look at the logic of it. For example, I hate American football (as opposed to love World Football 'soccer' which I enjoy watching and playing (amateur - of course), but I don't go to the SDSU college stadium on a game day and hold up a sign saying so 'I don't like Linebackers.' Then, why in the hell, do some fuckers come into a certain discussion forum or chat room ,and hold up their own 'sign' in our face saying that they don't like Asian men.

Anyway... enough of that soapbox... I'm not going to even bother to look at such threads again.. because invariably those same bozos will have to defend their right to be anti-ethnic.
There IS a difference between prejudice and preference. Unfortunately, it is difficult to 'discriminate' between the two sometimes when some people talk. (sly smirk)......
